The hotel rooms are modern and well-designed, with the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. However, they are a bit basic. The service was very attentive but lacked personality. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was tasty, although missing some items. Facilities are convenient and well-appointed.
The hotel offers simple, clean, and quiet rooms, but the soundproofing from people talking by the elevator is poor. The service is fantastic and customer-centric, with exceedingly courteous staff. The hotel offers clean, modern, and comfortable rooms with a very upmarket Manhattan price tag. The service is super friendly, making me feel like I'm coming home every time I check in. The location is perfect, with easy access to the subways and close to the Freedom Tower and restaurants along the water, although the view from the room is not great. The dining options are good with nearby restaurants, but there was no omelette at their restaurant. The hotel's facilities cater well to basic needs for a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The rooms had a great size and were very nice and comfortable. However, I would have liked the lobby and restaurant to be open, and the couch in my suite needed cleaning as it had visible stains upon my arrival. On the bright side, the hotel has one queen sofa bed in the living room which was a nice feature.

The hotel's location at the corner of Broadway and Chambers Street is a great plus, making it convenient to access WTC area sites and the TriBeCa area.
