The hotel rooms are modern and well-designed, with the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. However, they are a bit basic. The service was very attentive but lacked personality. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was tasty, although missing some items. The location is perfect, with easy access to the subways and close to the Freedom Tower and restaurants along the water, although the view from the room is not great. My stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The rooms had a great size and were very nice and comfortable. However, I would have liked the lobby and restaurant to be open, and the couch in my suite needed cleaning as it had visible stains upon my arrival. On the bright side, the hotel has one queen sofa bed in the living room which was a nice feature.
